My career with Avtrade started just over seventeen years ago when the business was much smaller and had a workforce of around sixty people. Even though we have grown, Avtrade has retained that close-knit family feel, they care about and look after their staff. Over the years they have given me the opportunity to develop my skills and progress up the ladder. I love the amazing office views and its rural location.

There is a nice work, life balance here and I couldn’t imagine working with a better team. We have great customers, and I get a buzz from making sales. I like that Avtrade’s location is secluded, rather than being on an industrial estate, we are surrounded by countryside.

My favourite thing about Avtrade is the team I work with, it’s a refreshing change from the hospitality sector I worked in before. I also enjoy the nice short drive in, never getting stuck in traffic, as the roads are much quieter. 

Avtrade has a family feel, I love the team and how everyone supports each other. It’s cool to work with aircraft parts. It doesn’t feel like you’re in the middle of the city, as we are surrounded by lakes, trails and wildlife.

The best thing about working at Avtrade is the people, it makes your day. They are very understanding and giving, their generosity knows no bounds. The location is very scenic, it’s nice to work in the countryside.

I love working for a business that has a global reach, with big parts and equally big goals, trading with companies all around the world. The team I work with are great, which makes a huge positive impact on my working environment. The night shifts are peaceful, quiet and surrounded by nature.

Avtrade stands apart from other employers by how they positively treat their staff, and the interesting inventory we have shelved to sell to our customers. I left Avtrade for a short time to pursue other interests but found that I missed the people and working environment. I love the surrounding countryside, the greenery and local wildlife.
