Note to recruitment agencies: please never send us CVs unless we have explicitly requested your company specifically to do so in respect of a specific vacancy. We consider this practice to be "spoiling" - attempting to lay prior claim over a given candidate, and it does not endear your company to us.

Any unsolicited information regarding prospective or actual candidates sent to us is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Subject to any applicable privacy law, we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and we shall be free to use it for any purpose we deem appropriate without paying any party for the right to do so. Information shall be considered "unsolicited" unless we have directly engaged your company in writing to supply candidates for a specific vacancy.

Submission of any unsolicited information to us by your company will be deemed evidence of full and unlimited acceptance by your company of these terms, which may only be varied by written agreement between us and your company. The operation of these terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the operation of these terms.
